Alan Wizemann, founder of ShopIgniter, which helps retailers combine social and rich media into e-commerce, has learned a lot over his 15 years as an entrepreneur and starting six different companies.

He left his day-to-day role at ShopIgniter about a year ago and is now working with Target to help that major retailer be more entrepreneurial — like a startup.
