Opening up any size store can be a chore, especially when you start to grow, add locations and expand at a rate faster than you ever thought possible. I was faced with a challenge to find the perfect point of sale software for my fiancées new lingerie boutique, knowing full well that she would want an on-line component, inventory control and live credit card processing. After weeks and weeks of research, we found a hidden gem (not hidden anymore) Xsilva LightSpeed POS. This software package promises to become the best POS system out there, and they are well on their way.

The software is very robust and feature rich, hence depending on the needs of the client, having a consultant guide them through the implementation and set up can significantly aid in leveraging the software's potential.

That is where I come in. I have set up and maintained a fully working Xsilva installation including a live web store component since version 1. I have also helped a few others with their installations, both simple and complex including setting up a centralized database for a multi-store client.

My real specialty lays in customizing the web store. With over 15 years of on-line development and design I am able to analyze a website's existing code base and do some pretty amazing things under the hood - all without affecting the upgradeability of the original Xsilva code.
