WebMD ONE was the flagship reimagining of WebMD Health Services well-being platform: a single, responsive, personalized experience that replaced a fragmented portfolio of legacy products (Smart Hub, condition management, health assessment, rewards, challenges) with one cohesive product spanning desktop, tablet, and mobile. As Interim Chief Product Officer I owned the product vision, strategy, and roadmap: the relevancy-driven card experience, the segmented health assessment and condition-management flows, the rewards and interest-survey model, and the responsive design system. I drove the product from concept through a sales-ready clickable prototype and sales video, set the beta (Feb 2018) and general-availability (Jul 2018) launch plan, and aligned product, engineering, marketing, and sales around a unified go-to-market for WebMD Health Services base of 71M+ eligible employees and health-plan members.

## Challenge

WebMD Health Services served 71M+ eligible employees and health-plan members through a fragmented portfolio of legacy products: Smart Hub, condition management, health assessment, rewards, and challenges. Members and buyers experienced these as separate tools rather than one cohesive well-being experience. The opportunity was to consolidate the portfolio into a single, responsive, personalized platform that surfaced the right program to the right member on any device, while raising the bar on clinical engagement and rewards-driven participation.

## Impact

Defined and shipped WebMD ONE as a sales-ready clickable prototype and sales video. The platform introduced a relevancy-weighted card system, a segmented Health Assessment, condition-management flows (e.g., diabetes tracking with imported biometrics and medication adherence), a tiered rewards model with an interest survey, coaching sign-up, and team challenges. The release plan was set (beta Feb 2018, GA Jul 2018) with a unified marketing-and-sales Flight Plan spanning Employer, Health Plan, and International buyer segments. Note: launch and adoption outcomes post-date the Jun to Dec 2017 tenure and are not asserted here.
